To provide the best service for all clients, we have implemented the following cancellation and no-show policy: • Cancellations made with more than 48 hours’ notice – No charge. • Cancellations made within 48 hours of the appointment – A fee of 50% of the total service cost will be charged. • Cancellations within 24 hours or no-shows – A fee of 100% of the total service cost will be charged.
